I think I must get off my backside and learn Deutsch in order to really appreciate the banter (amusing chit-chat) which goes on in this forum. Martin

Hi martin, you are not the only one here who has difficulties understanding all this (i am dutch). Allthough i learnd german at highschool i cannot understand all the slang here.
There is a american forum on the internet which is quite good. I am not shure which URL but it has the words (k1200rs and velocity ). So you can google it.
Which reminds me of another question (it is of topic but...). Do you know if somebody has tried to mount the knewer (k1200 rs 2001) front fairing (the one which contains the head lamp) on a 1999 k1200 rs?
What challenges can one expect trying this?
