Hi everyone,

First of all, a word of thanks to Andreas for publishing this English version. :respekt: He's not responsible for the translation, so if you don't understand my English...learn it!

On behalf of the Interessengemeinschaft K1200RS I would like to extend an invitation to participate in this 11. Meeting to all those guys and girls who don't speak German and don't intend to go to language classes between now and May 2005.
This does not mean you've got to be Brits or Yanks to take part -- you just need to be able to communicate in English with the rest of the group.

We're gathering K1200RS, GT and S motorbikes under one roof. (The more fortunate ones, those who get their S before the Meeting, may want to take the bike to their room. ..)

We're now in the process of translating the Application Form and the Waiver of Responsibility into English. Each participant will need to fill one out. If you're happy to sign your name now to a document you don't fully understand, just go ahead...All it says we don't take responsibility for what you do with your bike (run over chickens or get a nice picture of yourself passing a radar at 180 kmh) and the other form is needed to count you in and book your room.

We're running out of rooms at the Hotel MR International in San Damiano, so we've got another one lined up just 5 kms away in Carpaneto. When that one is full, we've got a third one in Gariga. (See our map)

If you have any questions, ask them on the Forum and we'll get back to you.

The above are the GPS coordinates of our meeting point in San Damiano, courtesy of Garmin.
Closer to the date of the Meeting we'll publish further information, all Hotel coordinates etc. in a Fact Sheet.

Hi there, K-Riders,

Thanks to our massive uptake, our first hotel of the 11th Meeting
(the MR International in San Damiano) is already booked up.
No panic, though.
We have lined up another one, the Hotel Val Vezzeno, that’s exclusively ours for the duration.
It’s a converted farmhouse near Carpaneto (the village is called Cimafava) and it’s just 5 Kms away from the other hotel. We have organized things so that all guests of the new hotel will be able to eat dinner with the rest of the gang in the original hotel.
Every new participant that registers from now onwards will therefore be booked in the Hotel Val Vezzeno.
Whether in a single room or a double, the rate here is 25 Euro the night, incl. Breakfast.
We’re also negotiating a price for dinner at the other hotel.

We're quickly filling up the last double rooms.
Once they're all gone, there's a few 4-bed rooms left .

OK, we still have other hotels on option, but they're farther away .

So you'd better make up your mind fast...
