Das wird ganz schön voll im Mai 10-11 unser Club Treffen.Im Mai Treffen von den Gost Angles bei Regensburg und dan noch in Kroatien Treffen von den Pirates ,wobei die Termine noch nicht fest stehen.
Würde ich aber gerne besuchen da in den Clubs einsame Lt Fahrer sind die unterstützt werden müßen
Bin ja gespannt wie ich das alles in die Reihe bekomme. Ansonsten muß man mal ein bischen aufteilen .

So wie es aussieht werden wir unser Datum ändern. Allen Anschein nach wird es vom

9. Mai - 12. Mai stattfinden.

Wir stimmen gerade darüber ab, weil auch einige von den MTCE Mitgliedern an dem ursprünglichen Datum nicht teilnehmen könnten.

Wichtig Zelte mitnehmen u.s.w.
Keine Kosten für für die Übernachtung---- Frühstück kostengünstig.
Halbpension möglich Kosten richten sich nach der größe des Hungers

Zelten kannst du auch bei der Schnitzmühle ,da ist ein Campingplatz dabei.

so, die Vorbereitungen zum Meeting sind vollbracht.
Ich freue mich Euch zu diesem Saisonhighlight einzuladen !!! wir haben eine tolle Location zu einem suuuperpreis gefunden. Auch das Rahmenprogramm kann sich sehen lassen.

Country Meeting in the „Bavarian Jungle“ – Germany
May 22 – May 25, 2008


Hi all together,

hope you and families had a peacefull Christmas Time. Guess some of us will have problems to fit into the riding gear – like me J

Yesterday I made a trip to the Meeting location for our Country Meeting. We found a real fantastic location and received finally great prices ! As usual you will find all information in the “MTCE Membersection”. Since some of you are not able to enter this section – due to a missing “MTCE Membership registration - I wonna show you the details for the Meeting.

We need to complete our registration until End of January 2008 ! Pls. Don`t forget that and register yourself soon !! For the “Lodge” we have a capacity of 32 beds in total. For the “Hacienda” – Main building we have a total capacity of 24 beds. So pls. Hurry up –
“first come - first serve J”

Since all of us have to spend more for patrol to reach our Meetings around Europe - we received a big reduction on price at least It will give us a bit more peace in our wallets
>From 53,- € incl. breakfast we came down to :

Double bed room in the main building - Hacienda
29, 70 € per night and person incl. breakfast buffet

Lodge rooms - two rooms on two floors. On the upper floor are two seperate beds - on the base floor is a double bed - means for people can share this kind of an appartement
29, 70 € per night and person incl. breakfast buffet

Camping

7,- € per night and person - no other costs
for the campers :
If you wonna have breakfast from the buffet it will cost you 8,- € per person extra per breakfast. It`s your choice

Dinners :

1st day :
Bay Dinner - Bavarian buffet - all you can eat
Price : 13,- €

2nd day :
Thai buffet - all you can eat - 14,50 €

3rd day :
grilled suckling pig - delicious !!!!!! - all you can eat !
15,- €

In the evening it is planned to have a band for us ! Great sound - great music - fun pure !
